Privacy Policy

Effective August 18, 2026

Mission Express LLC uses this private automation service to create and reconcile its own customer invoices.

Information processed

The service processes customer names, billing email addresses, customer phone numbers supplied through QuickBooks, messaging consent, invoice and payment metadata, provider identifiers, encrypted authorization credentials, and operational audit records. The automation stores only a one-way phone-number hash and the last four digits for messaging history and opt-out matching. Payment-card and bank-account details are collected and handled by Square and are not stored by this service.

How information is used

Information is used only to create Square invoices from authorized QuickBooks invoices, deliver opted-in WhatsApp notices and permitted SMS fallbacks, record completed payments, reconcile transactions, and diagnose failures.

Sharing and security

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate this workflow, including Intuit QuickBooks, Square, Twilio, WhatsApp, the hosting provider, and the configured email provider. Authorization credentials are encrypted or kept in protected server settings, administrative access is password protected, and provider webhook signatures are verified.

Messaging choices

Invoice messages are sent only when the QuickBooks customer record shows consent. Reply STOP to stop future WhatsApp and SMS invoice notices. Reply START to remove that messaging block when QuickBooks still records consent. This automated number is not monitored; questions may be sent to mission.reina@gmail.com.

Retention and requests

Records are retained only as needed for accounting, legal, security, consent, and troubleshooting purposes. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, email mission.reina@gmail.com.
